1. Terminal visit to Admin building
All visitors require to enter the terminal administration building shall contact the Security Guard located in front of the terminal administration gate to receive an ID Card in exchange for their Visitor Card and obtain Visitor Pass Form.

2. Vehicle Entry Permit
Vessel Operators/Shipping lines require to enter the terminal with vehicle and personnel shall get approval from Functional Managers. Vehicle placards for entering will be issued by security guard on submission of Functional Managers approval in writing.

3. Access to the Terminal Area and Vessel
Agents/Personnel require to enter onboard the vessel / Terminal yard shall submit Entry approval form with valid reasons to the Shift Superintendent to obtain permission.
